A perfect solution for protection of optical fiber junction points from environmental damage, especially water. It is used in underground, aerial, building entrance, and direct buried applications.

Features & Benefits

The closure offers excellent resistance against vibration, ultraviolet light and changes in climate
The silicone gasket is used to seal the closure and provide long-term reliability.
For better protection of junction points, the closures can be filled with a little compound.
The closure has two or three cable entrance ports on each end.
Diverse application for exterior diameter of up to 27mm with one end-cap
The closures can be installed at temperatures between -40F~17F (-40C~80C).
The closures are compact and lightweight (less than 11lb/5kg).
Installation is very easy.
A humidity detector is mounted outside the closure to check water penetration without opening the closure.
